Director Matthew Squire has been in the construction industry from the early 1990’s when he used to labour on his father’s building sites around Melbourne. His father Gary Squire was the Director of Rustic Builders Pty Ltd a successful building company from the 1980’s up until to 2015. At Abode Building and Constructions, Gary Squire’s 40 years of experience is now utilised as he assists in estimates, procurements and project planning. 

Today, Matthew Squire has been a well-respected builder throughout Melbourne for several years and after working under industry leaders and undertaking his qualifications at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, he has honed his skills as a project manager and builder. Matthew manages an expert team of foremen and tradespeople who work together sharing a vision and a respect for each project.
